Where Do You See Yourself 🤓

Having worked for Corporate America, when it was time 🕰️ for our annual review, we were always asked, "Where do you see yourself in five years?"


I am going to ask you when it comes to your health and wellness, "Where do you see yourself in one year or where do you see yourself in six months?" People often associate exercise to losing weight. Exercise is about total health and wellness and

about building endurance and strength.

What measures do you take or have in place to help with your health and wellness? Do you see yourself healthier and stronger in six months to a year? Do you see yourself living longer with your current practices you have in place? What are you willing to do to incorporate better practices that will help prolong your life? What are you willing to do or put in place to help build strength and endurance? What are you willing to do to help promote a healthier and stronger heart, better cardiovascular health?


Mississippi ranks #1 as one of the unhealthiest states in the U.S for 2022. Mississippi has constantly been the country's most unhealthy state for several years. Per worldpopulationreview.com, about 32% of MS residents report getting no regular exercise, making it the most physically inactive state in the U.S. Mississippi also has the highest obesity rate in the country and in 2019 reported as having the lowest life expectancy.
